شروط الإرجاع | Return Conditions
يمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح.
المنتجات الرقمية (مثل التراخيص والبرامج) غير قابلة للإرجاع بعد تفعيلها.
يجب إرفاق الفاتورة أو إثبات الشراء.
Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Digital products (such as software licenses) are non-refundable once activated.
An invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

رسوم الإرجاع | Return Fees
الإرجاع مجاني في حالة استلام منتج خاطئ أو به عيب.
في الحالات الأخرى، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.
Free returns if the product is defective or incorrect.
In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
الاسترداد المالي | Refund Process
يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 – 14 يوم عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج.
يتم التحويل عبر نفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة.
Refunds will be processed within 1 – 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
